We laugh! About 45 minutes of laughing just for the health of it. Guided exercises to produce real or fake laughter, doesn't matter. Not much stretching, but wear comfortable cloths. Reduce stress, anxiety and worry. Increase endorphins, reduce cortisol and strengthen your immune system. People who laugh together like each other! Laughter breaks down the barriers, connects people and helps build trust. It is easy to feel good towards someone who is laughing.
